Molly Henneghan

Realtors Kris Barich and Molly Henneghan know a thing or two about family. Both have raised families in Oakland County for more than two decades. They have six children between them.

Plus, having first met in second grade, Kris and Molly are practically sisters themselves. Both grew up in the area, attending local schools and graduating from Marian High School in Bloomfield Hills before following their hearts into real estate.

Together, they help people buy and sell properties of all sizes and price points throughout Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills and the rest of metro Detroit. Their clientele is as diverse as their listings. From first-time buyers to relocating business professionals, Kris and Molly take the time to give as much information as possible about the area. After all, who better to know the area than two people who have lived here their entire lives?

Treating clients like family is something that motivates their approach with not only friends, but every client. They don’t use an assistant, so reaching them is always as easy as calling a family member. And, they coordinate schedules, so there’s never a time when both are out of town. This double-team strategy allows them to step in and work with any client — at any time. It also makes sure they clients have two agents working for them full-time.
