About Molly
Born and raised in the Richmond area and now living in the Bryan Park neighborhood, I bring a deep-rooted connection to this city and a genuine passion for helping others call it home. I’m now entering my sixth year as a full-time Realtor, but my experience in real estate goes back even further—I interned at One South throughout all four years of college, gaining hands-on experience long before I officially started my career. With over 100 homes sold, I’ve built a reputation for being strategic, communicative, and fiercely client-focused.
I earned my degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Loyola University Maryland, with a minor in Marketing, while also serving as captain of the university’s Division I volleyball team. The discipline, leadership, and competitive mindset I developed through years of athletics continue to shape how I approach real estate—with preparation, resilience, and a team-first mentality.
Real estate has always been part of my story. My grandfather was a builder, my aunt and cousin are agents in the Northern Neck, and my parents co-founded One South Realty Group. I spent family dinners hearing about the new development project my dad was working on, hearing negotiating phone calls in the car on the way to volleyball practice, and bedtime stories of crazy deals that somehow closed on time. I always knew I’d return home to join the family business. Today, I’m so proud of how much it has grown and can't wait to continue that forward.
Outside of real estate, I coach volleyball at Atlee High School, spend time with my husband (renovating homes or finding the best new Mexican food in the city!), and walking our pup, Benny, through the neighborhood. I love exploring Richmond’s restaurants, spending time with family and friends, and continuing to invest in the city I’ve always called home.
