Molly has been selling Atlanta real estate since 2014 with a main focus on Intown Atlanta neighborhoods. Her passion to match buyers with the RIGHT home is first and foremost. Patience, organization, a high level of communication, and listening to buyer's needs are most important when it comes to serving her clients. Molly also networks with hundreds of agents to keep abreast of the market and find potential home matches for her clients who are on the hunt. Molly also specializes in helping newcomers to Atlanta find the perfect home. She has created a plentiful library of YouTube videos giving in depth tours of all the Atlanta neighborhoods to help out of town buyers figure out where to live.

Molly also enjoys helping sellers market their homes for sale for top dollar by using professional photographers, video, drone, and staging (when necessary) to market a seller's home to the masses. Social media is huge for marketing homes and Molly absolutely loves spreading the word about her client's homes on social media! Keeping her sellers informed on a timely basis and making the process as easy as possible for sellers is her goal.

Molly has lived with her husband and 2 kids in the Intown Atlanta area for over 13 years. Prior to real estate, Molly worked in the oil & gas industry in Houston. Besides selling real estate, you can probably catch her taking a long run along the Beltline on Saturday mornings or playing with her kids at one of the numerous local parks, and vacationing at a beach. While Molly loves living in a diverse, big city, she grew up in a very small town in Kansas (population 1,100) so she understands small town life as well!
