About Monica
Many real estate agents are all about the transaction and the agent. Monica is all about the relationship and the client. Her mission is coaching the home buyer, seller and builder and working for “sold” together.
Keeping this as her focus has given Monica the freedom to slow down, focus on the opportunity to serve families and clients with their real estate needs and strive to do her job right. At this point, a majority of her business is referral based, which is a completely humbling and proud accomplishment.
Monica has been a Broker/Realtor in the Tri-Cities since 2005 and has 6 years prior banking/lending knowledge that lends itself very helpful in the real estate world. Her approach with her clients is "proactive." With so many steps involved in buying and selling a home and all the third party vendors (title, escrow, inspector, appraiser, contractors, lenders, insurance agents, etc.), not to mention the emotional aspect of real estate, it can easily become a very overwhelming and stressful time. Communication and expectations are two vital components that are standard practice in Monica’s business. Combine that with her specific Buyer and Seller process that Monica walks all clients through, and it’s happy clients every time.
When you enjoy your work as much as Monica does, she thinks it's an even tougher challenge to find the balance between family and work. Luckily, her husband and 2 little girls help her navigate this area well. Monica loves that her job allows her to be home most days to pick up the girls from school, take off the weekends when they just need to head to the mountains and fish or snowmobile, but also meet a client at 9:30pm if she needs to make a deal come together for them. If Monica keeps her mind on successful relationships and earning the trust of her clients by being a great real estate agent, the rest just follows.
