As a first time homebuyer, I didn’t know what I didn’t know, even though I own a company. Anne Elyse was amazing insisted the sellers provided an appliance warranty and it saved me the cost of a new fridge. After the sale I’ve been provided updates on tax information for my home and she continues to answer any questions I still have.

And when I was ready to sell, she navigated a delicate situation with a tenant and gave solid advice on both sale price and the improvements needed to get it. Monica is an excellent realtor who helped us from getting our house ready for showings till it was sold. Monica went above and beyond of what a typical agent would do (we’ve worked with others before so I’m not just saying it).
