I enjoyed working with Monica, who is an exceptional realtor. To be honest, selling my home in Bradenton presented a huge challenge for her, as she did it while I was in the midst of a move to Costa Rica. Even with this added wrinkle, Monica didn’t miss a beat - she went above and beyond, taking care of the home here and communicating with me internationally, by phone, text and email. She shepherded me through the process of online remote notary and selling from an international location. Because I was selling my home during a slow and unresponsive market, she took great pains to post and frequently update my listing on all avenues of social media and other mail channels to increase viewership. She repeatedly went out of her way to check on the property in my absence and to do what was needed to be done to help me reach the finish line. I recommend her without hesitation - she is a great listener and a kind human.
