6/3/17 Monica listed my property and recommended a fair price that caused a buyer to immediately respond to the listing. Once the buyer made a commitment to purchase my property, Monica orchestrated the process through to close of the sale. She coordinated with the Title company and ensured the close was completed in its entirety and timely. She took my calls and handled my enquiries swiftly and to my satisfaction.
