Working with Monica with the purchase of our new home, was hands down the BEST! Monica, was patient with us, encouraged us when we wanted to give up, and she was knowledgeable about the Real Estate Market! Monica, also was available anytime i had a question or just needed a listening ear. If she did not know the answer, she would find out and always got back with us. It was a pleasure working with her, I would recommend to anyone in the Market for a home and will also use when we would like to purchase again! 🙂

Monica was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the home buying process. As a first-time homebuyer I had several questions and was unsure about some things. I am so glad that we chose Monica to be our realtor for the sale of our home. Being that it was the first for us selling a home, we were nervous and had lots of questions. She was very patient and explained every detail of each step. She made us feel very comfortable. She was available to us when we needed her and always returned our calls very promptly. She was personable, but yet still very professional. I would choose her a 10000 times over!

It takes a special person to be able to work with the public. And Monica Greer is that person. When my wife and I decided to sell our home, we hired Monica Greer to help. She was very professional. She answered all of our questions, returned all of our calls, and made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. An EXCELLENT Realtor!

I just recently closed on my home and Monica was my realtor. Monica was patient and answered all of my questions. She was right there with me from reviewing my first credit report to riding all aroud town looking at houses to sitting down at the closing. Communication was always open and she addressed any question large or small.

For first-time home buyers or seasoned home buyers... Monica is the choice for you. You will not go wrong with her, call her!

Monica has been nothing short of amazing! She made the process that I initially deemed impossible - possible. Buying and selling a home in two different cities at once, I could not have done this without her. Monica was always two steps ahead of the process. What I love most about working with Monica is her organization and her dedication toward her clients best interest. Monica never missed a call, text, nor e-mail. Her responses were ALWAYS in real-time.
Upon meeting Monica I explained that I had begin the home buying process three times already but would always back out. She was up for the challenge. Monica supported me from day one and even after closing she has kept in touch.
She was always readily available and extremely understanding to my emotional rollercoaster episodes. She was my right hand woman every step of the way. I would highly recommend Monica Greer as a realtor to anyone whose looking to buy or sell a home and needs Realtor that puts the client first!

Monica was perfect to put it simply. Me and my wife were first time home buyer’s and we’re extremely nervous with where to start. When it came to finding and touring houses, she was ON IT! If we sent her a house, we were touring the same day, if not, then the next day! She even set things up while she was on vacation! I honestly can’t say anything negative about our experience with Monica. Tell her your requirements in a home, trust her process, and you will not be disappointed! Selling one house and subsequently building another is extremely stressful in itself. Thankfully, I had Monica in my corner. Thank you to Monica for going above and beyond.
