Monica Hansman

She has over twenty years of experience in the real estate industry and has been working as a REALTOR® for fifteen years. Her husband, a residential home builder, encouraged her to obtain her real estate license which has been very rewarding by allowing her to serve client’s whether they are looking to build a new home or buying or selling an existing home. She has lived in Columbia for the past twenty-four years but is originally from Paris, Missouri, a small town north of Columbia. She is an active member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church where she teaches Children’s Liturgy and volunteers at Our Lady of Lourdes Interparish School. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, shopping, and spending time with her family.
