Monica Hawke has over two decades of working with buyers and sellers in Moore County. Originally from Vermont, Monica moved to North Carolina nearly 30 years ago as a military spouse. Although she never PCS’d or endured multiple deployments, she understands the acronym-filled life of the Army and the idea of making a home wherever the Army assigns one. Monica’s been privileged to assist hundreds of families both locally and those moving to the area from various parts of the country and has brokered several ‘virtual’ home sales to buyers who see their new home for the first time on move-in day. She has worked with “relo companies” and received many referrals from different states. Monica also brings her passion for architecture, interior design, and creative marketing to her work at Bell Manley Homes. When she looks at a room, her mind does not just see the ‘before picture,’ but the ‘after picture’ as well. So, whether a client is buying their next home, selling their current home, or investing in their real estate portfolio, Monica’s professional experience in sales and local knowledge makes her an ideal realtor. Along with her husband Brad Huffines, they are leading Bell Manley Homes’ task of growing the company’s residential services in Moore and surrounding Counties. She oversees Bell Manley Homes’ residential office operations, agent training and stays ahead of all the legal issues a brokerage, buyers and sellers can face along the way.
