Monica Henderson’s main goal in life is to help others. Before stepping into the world of realty, Monica used her criminal justice degree to work with at-risk families and youth within the federal probations system. Now she continues her passion of helping others by always giving her clients the best experience possible.

She always respectfully listens to the client so that they can work together successfully. Monica got started with realty when she and her husband began buying properties to flip and rent. Now she has been a realtor for one-and-a-half years, and she also owns several rental locations. Because of Monica’s experience in buying and selling properties of her own, she can offer a valuable perspective to her clients and give helpful and honest advice along the way.

During her time as a realtor, Monica has earned the 2016 Cartus Excellence Award. She is also the recipient of the Quality Service Producer for two years in a row, proving that her clients are consistently satisfied with her work.
