About Monica

A former design consultant for more than a decade, Monica Herrera takes great pride in the communities she has helped build. Nowadays, she gets equal satisfaction by helping families find their homes in them. Prior to getting her real estate license, Monica managed the design studios for several new construction builders throughout the Central Valley. That experience adds a unique component to her services that helps clients navigate the new construction process or envision an existing property for purchase or sale.

Born and raised in San Jose, Monica has many fond, indelible family memories of her home life and community, and she wants everyone to have the opportunity to become a homeowner. She relocated to the Central Valley in 2003 after her parents bought a small ranch in Atwater and has happily lived there since. In October 2019, Monica was featured on an episode of HGTV’s “House Hunters,” which was filmed in Riverbank, California.
