Monica is an AMAZING realtor. She was so patient with us as we viewed 20+ houses (we were picky) and she was happy to show us more. She was always a joy to be around and especially personable. She really understands the business side of house buying and contacted the sellers agent when it was almost impossible to. Now that my wife and I are thinking about timelines to upgrade in housing as we prepare for having a family, Monica has been a tremendous help in the do’s and don’ts to make our current house the most appealing and profitable it can be! I wouldn’t do business with anyone else when it comes to real estate.

Monica made sure that we had a seamless experience when we decided to sell our house and purchase a new one. She does a great job of negotiating on your behalf and consistently goes above and beyond to meet her clients needs. She is always available to meet/talk and gets things done very quickly.
