Monica King

Monica started her real estate career in 1997 at Century 21 in San Luis Obispo. She thrived from the start and quickly became the top producer at that office. While there she received the Centurion Award for top sales, annually. She joined RE/MAX for a brief time and while there earned the Top Producer's Platinum Club. After receiving her broker's license in 2005 Monica decided to open an independent Real Estate office with partners who she worked with during her years at Century 21. This partnership proved successful with 36 full time agents and two office locations but after 13 years of the ownership responsibilities they decided to broaden their horizons and join Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate | Haven Properties. This move has allowed Monica to focus more on her clients and has allowed her more time for the part of the business she enjoys the most. She loves people and her passion is helping her clients negotiate the complications of the real estate world. Over the years Monica has worked with many distinct kinds of people with many unique needs. She has dealt with a wide variety and all types of properties and transactions from single family homes, rural properties, farms, vineyards, beach front properties and even commercial property. She also has experience with land development and has worked on a variety of projects. Overall, she loves real estate and enjoys the challenges of learning with each experience.
