We recently bought the home of our dreams. It started 3 years ago, and we went with Monica Martinez from Crossing Over Realty, LLC to help us find our forever home. Monica was a dream to work with during the purchase of my new home. Her expertise in real estate showed every step of the way. While touring, she gave me various tips & considerations to keep in mind. Then, when I found "the one", she was incredible at laying the path ahead of me. We went from initial viewing to accepted offer in ~5 hours!

Everything afterwards was a breeze & she was quick to either personally answer my quirky questions, or find intel from the sellers' agent. Honestly cannot think of one thing that could have gone better.

Do yourself a favor and choose Monica as your agent. Then, ask for recommendations within her professional network - whether for loan serving, inspection, etc. I guarantee, then, you will have a smooth & joyful journey.
