Monica grew up in rural Missouri, where she attended Winfield High school, graduating in 2001 with her large, at the time, class of 89. Monica currently lives in Florissant, MO. Although she remains a small town girl at heart with a lot of her sales focus back home in Lincoln County. She started her real estate endeavor in 2017 with property management. Her “go getter” attitude has her set for success and she is always reaching for new opportunities and growth. She has experienced the whole aspect of property management from procuring and securing an approved tenant to over seeing rehabs, dealing with inspectors, city and county municipalities, vendors, owners and investors.
