Monica helped with the sale of our current house and the purchase of our new house...all during the height of the Coronavirus.

When we put our house on the market, the pandemic wasn't an issue at the time as it hadn't come to the US yet. Monica was able to sell our house the same weekend we listed, which was great as we could then focus on finding a new home.

She coordinated showings and was very knowledgable on a wide variety of aspects surrounding the properties we were viewing and provided insight that helped us to refine our selection down the house we absolutely love, as we are now moved in and making it our home. During negotiations, Monica was in constant communication with us and had our back as we had a number of hurdles due to the Coronavirus and businesses shutting down. Monica took the lead and used her years of experience to navigate the situation and got us through a smooth closing.

My wife and I are very thankful we had Monica as our realtor during this tumultuous time.
