I am a licensed REALTOR in the states of Georgia and South Carolina. I can assist anyone, anywhere, with the right tools needed and steps to take to get started on the road to home buying, selling, and/ or investing. My brand acknowledges that I am an expert at being me, truly a jack of all trades. I have an array of experience in different fields and working with different persons of ALL different demographics. My educational background pairs along with my professional history. This allows me to call myself Monica The Maven and to perform as such.
I strive to give the best in customer care and make sure that all of my client needs are met at all times. As apart of my additional work history, I have multiple years performing in managerial and leadership roles. I’ve performed in key positions and have worked closely with military and civilian students, permanent employees, individuals, and both small business owners and CEOs of larger companies. My excellent communication skills and my extensive training have proven my ability to work well with people of different backgrounds and handle any situation.
Upon exiting those roles, I have volunteered my time assisting other veterans with disabilities and broad-spectrum challenges, who need work with finding appropriate careers and identifying transferable skills. I am the recipient of a WIOA Grant and I utilize my experience to research and further network. I have linked individuals to educational and employment programs available in the community, identified barriers to employment/education, and recommended solutions for increasing accessibility to programs to gain skills most likely to encourage gainful employment. Now I utilize my years of combined training, experience, and humanitarianism, to help individuals and families become homeowners and meet any, and all, of their homebuying or selling goals. My main goal has always been to embrace the vision of others' and to make their mission my own. I make myself a necessary asset to the overall success. Now, I am the ASSET. I AM THE BRAND!
