There weren't enough choices on how she has helped us. We have both bought and sold homes with her help. Monica is current on all the real estate laws, knows how best to prepare your home for the best presentation for selling, and is quite familiar with what is available according to your needs and preferences. Along with her knowledge, she is wonderfully engaging, a hard worker, and won't quit until you are pleased. She is more than a realtor, she has become a friend, and will always say yes when you need advice on something. Monica knows quality building because she and her husband own a home building company locally. Integrity is a must when we deal with a realtor, and that leads to trust. I can tell you that she is of the highest level of integrity and, as a result, we trust her implicitly. There are many super realtors in the Bryan and College Station area, but Monica stands with the best of the best.
