Monica Russell has an extensive record of servicing clients and customers for the past 20 years in investment real estate, residential real estate, commercial real estate, property management, and in her lifelong entrepreneurial ventures.

Additionally, Monica was awarded Businesswoman of the Year for two consecutive years for outstanding business operations and community services. Ms. Russell’s specific areas of expertise include guiding real estate buyers and sellers, negotiating, strategic planning, customer relationship management, organizational management, project management, and outstanding communication.

After having been out of school for two decades, in 2016, Monica decided to enhance her business and technology skills and earned a Masters of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Customer Experience Management. Ms. Russell is a strong believer of staying educated in order to, not only elevate her personal brand, but to also empower her peers, colleagues, and clients as well.
