Absolutely enjoyed working with monica. She made my home buying process go so smooth. She answered any and every question I had and if she didn't know something she found the answer. She was patient, kind, punctual to all of our showings and stayed on top of every aspect of the process. She kept me informed during every step of the process and let me know things that were gonna happen before they did. She made herself available on weekends and some late nights . I absolutely would recommend monica to anyone who's trying to buy a home, she is a joy to work with.

Mrs. Thomas is the best. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She makes time to check in and she's very accommodating to the individual needs of her clients, which she treats like family. She's genuine and patient. It's about her client's experience. She offers great resources to assist during the homebuying process. When we first began our journey towards homeownership we didn’t know where to start. I began reaching out to lenders but it proved difficult without an experienced realtor. We were referred to Mrs. Monica Thomas and within one week found our forever home. Her hashtag is very fitting because that lady really makes moves. We were beginning to feel like the process wouldn’t ever be over but she encouraged us every step of the way. She was also very communicative and friendly.
