Monica Van Appel-Percich

A San Juan Islander since 1992, Monica is deeply rooted in the island community and lifestyle. Having spent over three decades raising children and grandchildren in the heart of the San Juan’s, she has a strong appreciation for the close-knit environment and sense of serenity that comes with Island living. In 2006, she joined her husband Bill Percich – a 3rd generation islander and fellow realtor of 34 years – in real estate sales and development, creating a dynamic and phenomenally successful sales team. In 2010, they were joined by her daughter, Jacoba Porter, and were known as the Island Dream Team. Since then, Bill retired and Jacoba became the Designated Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker San Juan Islands, Inc. Monica continues to serve buyers and sellers of island property. Her local knowledge, experience, integrity, and community connections combined with an ardent desire to help those around her have earned her accolades and high praise from her clients and colleagues as well. Owning several income properties of her own, she has first-hand experience in property management and residential/commercial real estate sales.
