Monica Zimarik

Monica was born and raised in Northern California, where she spent time at Humboldt State University, before eventually transferring to Northwest University in Nampa, Idaho. She earned a degree in English, minoring in speech communications. After completing college, she relocated to rural Idaho, and then to Southern California with her three daughters in 2000.

Monica earned years of experience working as a private real estate investor in Southern California. Co-developing numerous homes and acting as project manager to a number of new constructions and remodels gave her an in-depth knowledge on homes and home building.

Monica obtained her real estate license in 2005 and has been assisting countless buyers and sellers achieve all of their real estate goals throughout the high and low desert.
