Monique Padilla is a seasoned real estate professional, and an experienced associate broker with Coldwell Banker Legacy. Monique was born and raised in the Albuquerque, New Mexico. She brings an exceptional perspective enhancing each relator-client experience with her familiarity of the City of Albuquerque. Monique earned a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of New Mexico in 2015. She credits her undergraduate studies in helping her find passion within her community that is ultimately created years of building and maintaining relationships across the state and country. Monique takes full advantage of the outdoors in New Mexico – biking, hiking, kayaking, running, and snowboarding are her go-to activities for each season of the year. If she is not helping their clients find their next home in the Land of Enchantment, she is cooking up a new Italian dish from scratch. And by the way – she loves every dog in the State of New Mexico.
