Monty Bryan

Monty has been a realtor since 1982 in the Tampa Bay area, specializing in single family home sales and investments properties. He started his career with Merrill Lynch Realty in North East Tampa and eventually opened the first Real Estate Office in what is now known as “New Tampa”. Property management became a core business unit of that operation along with 25 sales associates that relied on the property management division to take care of their customers long term real estate management needs. Monty sold that company to Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Corporate in the late 1990’s and was an integral member of their property management and sales division for more than a decade. Monty looked to the growth of Pasco County and the Wesley Chapel area to open a boutique real estate company specializing in customer satisfaction. We want to do it Better!
