Morgan Lloyd Hollenbeck has been licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts since 2005 and holds a degree in French and Economics from Bucknell University. Previously employed by Travelers Insurance in its Boston Commercial Construction Division, she is a member of the Rhode Island Association of Realtors, Greater Providence Board of Realtors, and has obtained the National Association of Realtors’ Green Designation. Morgan was awarded the Circle of Sales Excellence award in 2019 and 2020 and has been featured on Inman News, GoLocalProv, and FOX Providence.
A lifelong summer resident of Shelter Harbor, Morgan has pursued an interest in New England home restoration. Experienced in returning colonial homes to their original grandeur, Morgan is knowledgeable about ways in which ecologically responsible systems and materials can maximize efficiencies while maintaining a structure’s historic integrity and appearance. Morgan’s expertise is a particularly valuable resource for buyers and sellers in the area’s established shoreline homes and neighborhoods.
Morgan is the mother of two daughters, Halsey and Bowen, and a Labrador/Great Dane rescue dog named Boone. She is an avid tennis player, sailor, and beach lover, past co-chair of the Nayatt School 5K road race fundraiser, and is a current volunteer at The Wheeler School and Barrington Neighbor Brigade.
