Morgan Overcash

Morgan Overcash made her first sale at the age of seven; a homemade rose-scented candle that was sold for fifty cents to her second-grade teacher. The joy of creating something of value and selling it quickly became an obsession. Though Morgan is no longer selling candles, her ability to create true value for her clients is top priority each day.

Morgan grew up in the real estate industry with the guidance of her mother, the (in)famous Amy Overcash, and though she inherited her mother's excellent genes which attributes to her looking like a seventeen-year-old, Morgan has cumulatively ten years of real estate experience, and has helped over 100 buyers and sellers move forward with their lives.

Morgan is not your average Realtor. She hates high heels, dresses, and long nails. A huge fan of being able to actively get to the "nitty gritty," Morgan prefers wearing jeans and boots so she can walk land with her buyers, poke her head in a crawlspace during a home inspection if the occasion calls for it, and is happy to chase your kids around during a showing so you can pay attention to the house. One of her favorite ways of filling out a contract is on the floor with her clients across from her (it's better for your back). The world is her office!

During Morgan's spare time, she runs a blog, can be seen cosplaying as Jack Sparrow at local comic conventions and family events, and is self-dubbed the "Singing Realtor." Morgan and her husband Tim live with and take care of his mother and have two cats (Winifred and Maddie) and the sweetest dog on the planet (Geddy Lee). Morgan has been described by her friends and family as a little quirky, a tad bit weird, but all heart and focus when it comes to buying and selling your home. Morgan is always putting the heart in home sales.

2017 Recipient of The Barbara Tate Legendary Service Award. This is awarded to a team or individual who “knocks it out of the park in customer satisfaction and delivery of the full bevy of services” and is only awarded once a year by Allen Tate. This award Morgan attained before the age of 30, and since she is not one to rest on laurels, it can only get better for her clients from there!
