Morgan is hands down the best realtor we've ever worked with. He came highly recommended by a friend, and more than lived up to that reputation. Morgan is first of all a nice guy. He's also very knowledgeable about the process, and thorough. We told him in general what we were looking for, and he sent an email with quite a few listings for us to sift through. We emailed back to let him know which ones interested us, and then we talked briefly why those interested us. From this, he took us to 8 listings in one day.

At each house we visited, we looked at the house and land around it. If we were interested, we looked again, while Morgan took out his flashlight and looked into every nook and cranny, pointing out this and that, things that indicated strong construction vs poor.

After each listing, Morgan asked quick uestions. How was the drive? Too far, too close? Gravel road? What did you like about the house? Dislike? He then had us rate them. Was this higher than that? When we had finished, one in particular stood out, so we went back to look at it again. It felt as though he genuinely cared about whether or not we found the perfect house.

Once we were sure, Morgan and his TC Rosie made the entire process so easy. We never felt pressured or controlled (which some realtors will do), and we felt like Morgan was a partner in the purchase. Inspections were ordered, and the communication was excellent. We knew what was happening at any given time, and any questions were answered immediately.

We wholeheartedly recommend Morgan and his team!
