Mr. Scott Rice

It is said that one of the best wealth building assets is real estate. Scott Rice realized that through the actions of family members as a child and in his adult years.

As a child, he watched one of his aunts buy 3 homes, all while earning only a very small wage. As an adult, Scott watched as his father-in-law bought and managed his own rental properties. Subsequently, he began his pursuit of real estate at the age of 25 when he purchased a two-family home here in Trenton.

Since then, Scott has always encouraged others to pursue real estate as a practical choice to renting. Therefore, real estate as a primary residence or as an investment has always been of interest to me, and he would like to share that with others. Most of his friends own at least one property and a few own as many as 20.

With over 30 years of homeownership and property management experience, Scott brings several qualities to his clients. He has an above-average understanding of the home construction and repair process. He genuinely enjoys collaborating with people and sincerely desire to see others obtain their goals through buying and or selling real estate. Scott takes pride in being meticulous, an excellent analytical person, and a good listener.
