I was very happy to have Mulyani as my agent.
She was very knowledgeable in the areas that my wife and I were interested in. Additionally she was always available whenever we had questions/concerns throughout the buying process. She would give us the ins and outs of the property; and, she let us make choices without pressuring us to do things that we were not comfortable doing.
She's great to work with; I highly recommend Mulyani to anyone who's in the market to buy/sell a property.

Our whole experience looking for a house during this time was daunting, overwhelming and at times discouraging. But having Mulyani as our realtor made the whole process much easier. She was prompt, responsive, detailed oriented and very encouraging. There’s a few times when we felt like giving up but Mulyani positive and can do attitude has kept us going. Also Mulyani was our realtor for the condo we have sold. The whole process was a smooth ones too.

I consider myself extremely lucky to have met Mulyani Ang. She helped my son and I locate an amazing home in the neighborhood we have wanted to move to for 4 years. She was extremely responsive to my every call and text message and worked with me daily until we were to able to finalize. It is abundantly clear that Mulyani has a passion for working with families and helping them find the perfect home. She is truly exceptional to work with, and I can't imagine working with any other realtor on finding a home. My son and I now live in a beautiful single family home in a great neighborhood and school district, and this would have not been possible without her. It is truly a dream come true. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas that she serves and willingly offered me suggestions and ideas that helped me in my decisions for purchasing a home. We loved working with Mulyani! She is very good at taking care of her clients. She is always reachable by phone or email and responds very quickly. She is very knowledgeable and patient ... a great resource for first-time home buyers with many questions! She is a go-getter and really champions her clients; we felt like she really fought for us during negotiations. Her follow-through is very excellent; if she needs to check on something for you, she will usually call you back the very same day. She is also very detail-oriented; she reviewed all of our contracts and documents carefully and immediately pointed out anything we needed to pay attention to. If I ever buy another house, I would work with her again. I would recommend her to any of my friends who are house-hunting. Mulyani was recommended to me by a friend who had also worked with her to buy a house. I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with Mulyani.
