Mykah Larkins began selling homes in the El Cerrito / Albany / Berkeley area in partnership with her aunt, Mary Gray. With a wonderful mentor like Mary it’s no wonder Mykah quickly became a top producing agent for Berkeley Hills Realty. Prior to becoming a realtor, Mykah worked for many years in real estate-related activities. She was the administrative assistant for a large and well-known brokerage firm in the East Bay and later the marketing manager and loan processor for a highly regarded mortgage broker.
After college, Mykah worked in a busy video production house in San Francisco’s “media gulch,” handling day-to-day production coordination as well as the many facets of larger projects. This experience is reflected in Mykah’s ability to efficiently handle the multiple steps of a real estate transaction, work within tight time frames, skillfully negotiate on behalf of her clients, and guide her clients through the process in a smooth and seamless manner.
A deeply committed professional and friend, Mykah’s life revolves around her family, friends, and work. She truly enjoys helping her clients navigate the challenging experience of buying or selling a home. Mykah considers her work a privilege and says, “There are few events which create more potential stress in life. I like helping in this way.”
