I have been a tenant with them for a while now, and couldn’t be happier. The move in was organized and clearly communicated. If any questions arise, their team answers in a very timely manner.

I love how easy it was to set up/ and pay rent electronically.

I have rented from multiple people/companies and these guys are about as good as it gets. If you’re in need of a stable landlord that won’t “lose you in the wash”, then Mazzanti is a solid option.

I just finished renting off Myles for 2 years before I bought a home. I liked my place but it was an older apartment with small things that would go wrong here and there. Most of the things I could fix but I would frequently have to call on maintenence to come lend a hand. They were always there in a timely fashion and always helped me resolve the issue. I had a really good experience with them.

Myles helped me remotely sift through a slew of investment properties. While reviewing properties, I researched a number of contractors, inspectors, plumbers, electricians, etc. He had connections in all these specialties. Detail what you need to him, and he most likely has connections to help you in the specific area, which allows you to save a lot of time.
