About Mynor

Mynor Herrera began his real estate journey in ‘99 when he purchased a condo in downtown Bethesda at the age of 24. Before he was 30, he purchased two rental homes in Ocean City, MD. In 2005, Mynor went all in and graduated #1 in his class at the Weichert Real Estate Academy. Within six weeks he sold his first home, and by his second year he was the #1 agent in his Bethesda office after producing 10 million in sales!

Fast-forward to 2011 and Mynor joined Keller Williams Capital Properties’ Bethesda-Chevy Chase office as a founding partner, where he is currently ranked among the Top 1% of Realtors Nationwide. With a big picture vision of growing a top-level real estate team, he founded Mynor & Associates. While M&A is a top producing team, its members still take pride in their individual relationships with their clients.

Included in Mynor’s library of countless achievements are his recognition amongst the Nation’s Top 250 Latino Real Estate Agents and Washingtonian Magazine’s Top Real Estate Team; his Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation; his selection as a member of the Board of Directors for the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors; and so much more.

Mynor Herrera is not only an incredibly successful Realtor, but he is also a philanthropist. His focus on community development has led him to a number of leadership roles including: Commissioner for the Housing Opportunities Commission and a member of the Board of Directors for the Affordable Housing Conference. Mynor and his team have and will continue to donate time and money to various charitable organizations on a consistent basis.

Mynor Herrera is a native Washingtonian having graduated from DeMatha in ‘92 and American University in ‘96. On a personal level, Mynor was inducted into the Dematha Hall of Fame as a National Prep Champion wrestler, he is an active triathlete and was an Olympic Torchbearer. Mynor Herrera currently resides in Silver Spring, MD with his wife, Ina, and two sons, Espen & Enrique, whom he coaches in wrestling.
