I have been through several realtors and Myra is definitely the best. She is smart and tenacious and she is on top of all of the details. I never had to worry about anything. She went way above and beyond what most realtors would do and she sold our house quickly. She follows through with the escrow process as well and makes sure everything is properly executed. Myra was awesome during my home buying process. She was happy to show me any properties I wanted to see almost immediately on most occasions, never getting annoyed with my not finding what I wanted. She also helped me get the needed inspections and ensure everything was in order. I have already referred Myra to a coworker who is going to be looking for a house and would recommend her to anyone else looking!

She not only got us about $35,000 more than we had listed our home for ourselves and she did all the work from bringing in a stager, cleaning person, photographer and drone person and repair guy to finish some last minute touch ups. Myra is a pleasure to work with! To know that we had someone on our side the entire time made home buying a much simpler and stress free experience. We worked with her in Washington State and continued to do so even after our move to Tennessee. We came across several issues with our purchase here and knew we could call on her. Providing her documentation and knowledge of what was going on, she kept us on track of what was wrong but could be fixed and how to do so! I have worked with Myra for the sale of 4 houses now. Every single time was an excellent experience. She was always very communicative, reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. My most recent sale was a difficult one as I was selling and buying while dealing with major life changes. She knew and understood what I wanted in a house and was able to get me in to see the perfect place before it even hit the market. Making me the first and only offer. Myra than went out of her way to help coordinate houses cleaners, meet with painters and get the inside move in ready in a timely manor. Making it possible for us to move out of one and directly into another clean and freshly painted new house. I do not believe that I would not have been able to trust anyone else with this project. I highly recommend Myra as a realtor to anyone that is trying to navigate the housing market.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Myra Brock over the last 4 or 5 years. I met her through a mutual friend and we instantly became close friends. Being new to the area, I had a ton of questions about houses and apartments, land value, school districts, and furthermore how the housing markets were at the time. And by, "At the time" I mean I would ask Myra over a period of two years if it was a good time to buy or wait, buy or rent, wait or buy ect... Myra always had the information I needed and it was always spot on. She also took into consideration our 3 young children, good school districts, preschools and very safe areas to raise a family in a good environment.
