If I could give Myrkol more than 5 stars, I would. Myrkol is extremely thorough, knowledgable, and quick to respond throughout the whole transaction. I have worked with a few real estate agents over the years and they always wanted the listing and then they made themselves scarce. Myrkol on the other hand was very responsive and communicated with us on a regular basis. Our house was only on the market 2 months (over Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years holidays, virtually the worse time of the year to sell a house) she had open house on almost every weekend and she was at all of them which made us very confident she would get the job done and she did! Myrkol is the best real estate agent we have ever dealt with and any future real estate listing will go thru her. Class act and 100% professional.
