Aside from his kindness and genuine care for your housing goals, Nader walked us through each step of the selling process, did research on market trends to inform our sale strategy, and made all of the complexities of contracts and clauses easy to understand. I worked with Nader to find our house in North Potomac area. I had a great experience working with him in this process. From day 1, Nader was patient enough to listen to our expectations and always provided valuable feedback and suggestions about area we were interested in. I had spoken with many other realtors and worked/ saw houses with a few before working with Nader and what sets him apart is the fact that he cares. Nader doesn’t just put you on a email list when you automatically get any house that jumps into the market. Instead he takes the time to review all the properties and only show you the ones that actually fit your needs and standards. Helping save a great deal of time and energy. Once I choice my house Nader was able to quickly push forward the process and create a great deal in a timely manner. The whole process from sending an offer to getting my keys took around 30 days which is much less than anyone I know who has recently bought a house. So I do highly recommended working with Nader
