I was looking for a home last year and met Nadiia. We live in the same building and I ran into her often. She’s not your typical realtor who’s simply trying to “make a speedy sale”. Rather she sat down with me in a cafe and walked through the typical process very patiently, asked for my criteria, and most importantly, never tried to push me making a decision. she’s not only knowledgeable but also well connected to her real estate / renovation network. She’s also deeply caring -she asks about my long term goals about my home, and try her best to find the best option for me. She’s also super proactive, punctual, responsive, and I never waited for her on anything. After a few months of touring and searching, she helped me find my home. Nadiia has been nothing but amazing! Finding a place can be very stressful, especially when it’s time sensitive just as it was for me. Nadiia is the best! I recently closed on a sought after property and can honestly say her strategy for bidding was the difference. She listened to what was important to me, and when the right place came along worked really hard to get the deal done. Simultaneously, she was able to sell my existing condo during a challenging time of year. Again, her specific knowledge of the property was the difference. She kept me informed at all times, made adjustments as needed, and always seemed to be a step ahead of everyone else. Highly recommended!!

Nadiia helped me to sell our condo this year and was fabulous!
Right from the start, Nadiia was very detail-oriented and most importantly honest. She is incredibly knowledgeable about Chicago real estate market and It was obvious from start to finish that she truly cared about our sale.

She came to us with hard data and research on the state of the market, and tons of other details that really made us feel like she had her finger on the pulse of the market.

Once she started working with us, things moved quickly, and she was always full of great suggestions to help ensure a successful sale.  After every viewing, Nadiia immediately provided summarized feedback and observations and sent out weekly reports so we knew how many people were viewing the listing online, etc. She was an excellent communicator and really tailored her communications to our needs.

She was a fantastic asset during closing negotiations and has stayed in touch in the months thereafter to make sure that we had all the important documents we needed.

We highly recommend her because of her expertise, patience, and professionalism!

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Nadiia. I was a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place that I can call home. She is honest and hands-on (she even opened all creepy electric panels and air filters to check if everything works properly!), and she really helped to take the pressure off of me and have the opportunity to enjoy the home seeking process.

I never felt forced to make an offer and when I finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Nadiia walked me through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose me. It was an unconventional approach but it worked and I thank Nadiia for that every day! Nadiia is not just only a great professional real state agent, she is also an outstanding manager of your house buying process. She had resolved all my concerns and even those that were not related to her job duties (she helped me with mortgage concerns, inspections, etc). I’m so happy I met her because she is a sunshine of energy that always will keep you in a loop of happiness. Nadiia has became a good friend of mine and I can’t wait to see her at my house warming party!
