Words are not enough to talk about the experience with Nadine. Not only does she do the homework before every showing and knows everything that needs to be said, but she also does the homework on all the people she works with. With her, we do not feel the need to express our opinion since rarely do we debate an issue or find a reason to disagree. She can read our mind and knows exactly how we feel and what our concerns are about a specific showing. Nadine never pushed us to make a decision nor did she try to convince us to commit to a certain condo. We felt so comfortable working with Nadine, we felt we could say everything that we liked and did not like. Best of all even when we like a specific place, she would still point out all the downsides and never tries to camouflage whatever unpleasant issues may occur.
When we finally decided on a condo, she followed up so meticulously, we were struggling to follow up on her pace of tending to things as they came up before, during and after closing.
Finally, with Nadine, finding your condo, and going through the closing does not in any way mean that Nadine is out of your life, on the contrary, Nadine will not hesitate to put on the hat of the friend and the advisor. Moving recently to Atlanta and being unfamiliar with the area here, and knowing that Nadine will always be there whenever needed makes me feel so comfortable

Great negotiator : In an extremely difficult sellers market Nadine was able to negotiate a good price on my house. I was able to get the house less than the appraised value!

Nadine uses an educated approach: she got estimates for all items on the inspection report and we were able to get money for repairs even though everyone was overpaying for their home and not getting any repairs done.

Nadine did more than she even knows! I had no one to turn to for home advice or even an opinion (that was knowledgeable). She actually picked out the lot we built on. She was able to see things the “everyday person” wouldn’t see or think of! I am BEYOND happy that she suggested a different lot than I originally had in mind. It is PERFECT! She knew what I wanted in my lot and home and helped me make the 100% best decisions! I went to my closing alone, my husband gone at a military base, but she never left my side!! I can’t thank her enough!
