Nancie is the epitome of what a good agent should be. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the real estate market, yet has a personal touch. She helped me sell a home in an estate recently and the experience couldn't have been better. It was a sad situation for me selling the house of a loved one but when she first walked in and started to point out the good features of the home, I knew she could represent the house well. She asked me questions about the property, took notes and treated me like a partner in the process - all the things I would expect of a professional agent. Her value assessment of the property was also spot on. I especially liked the fact that she does not act as a dual agent so as a seller, I felt she had my best interests in mind. I would highly recommend Nancie and gladly call on her again for any real estate needs.

What is there not to like about Nancie. She is awesome. We had a long few months finding my family our perfect home. She helped me find a closer lender as the one I used gave me the rollercoaster. She sent me emails to help me find different places to look at. She was very kind and patient. I wouldn’t ask for a better realtor in my opinion. I am glad to get to know her. I had a battle and thinking I was going to lose my contract but Nancie helped me as I did myself to pull through and hang on a little while longer. Nancie is simply amazing, She was very patient while we looked at dozens of houses trying to find our perfect home. At one of the house we looked at we got stuck in the driveway because our car couldn't make it up the steep drive way in the snow (definitely a sign that house wasn't for us) Nancie went above and beyond to help us out of the drive way, even calling her husband to help us dig it out. Thank you again for that 😁. If we had any questions she tried to get us an answer in a timely manner. After months and months of looking we found our very first home. I would 100 percent recommend her to anyone. She is very professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and you can tell she loves what she does.
