Nancy Achstatter

Nancy was the top listing and selling agent in her office from 2002 to 2005. She was listed in the “Top 200 Realtors in Closed Sale on Long Island” in 2005. Her success as Top Producing Agent inspired her to launch her own independently owned and operated company. Home and Hearth Real Estate was established in 2006. Nancy is proud to be the broker of the only real estate company in town to be recognized by the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce, Nassau County and New York State Legislature with the “Business of the Year” Award.

Nancy continually stays on the forefront of real estate technology through educational courses and professional seminars. She is an instructor of adult Education classes titled “How to Stage Your Home to Sell for Top Dollar” and “Selling Your Home with or without a Realtor”. Nancy holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Buffalo and has studied photography at Mount San Antonio College in California.

Nancy believes in giving back to the community. She has served two terms as Vice President of Oceanside Kiwanis Club and serves on the Executive Board of The Oceanside Education Foundation/ Schoolhouse Green. She also volunteers her time helping the needy of Oceanside through Oceanside Community Service.
