Nancy did a lot for us. We live in Los Gatos, a 2 1/ 2 hour drive so every time tasks had to do we had to drive up. After my family took what they wanted, we hired a trucker/mover, and cleaned and painted the 2-unit. With Nancy's help and administration, the whole task was done in one day.

She was very communicative, but not too much so. I was glad that I was not being bothered too much as I was ill at the time.

I would recommend Nancy to anyone. Even better if it's a probate case. Nancy knew all the court rules and procedures. She even wrote out the procedures for us to refer to. Nancy is hard-working, meticulus and very, very fast! She's a winner!

Nancy did an excellent job in the recent sale of my fathers home in Folsom. The listing placed really showed an attention to detail in how it was listed and really showcased all the key details that made the property such a gem.

Nancy also went above and beyond in helping coordinate the removal of furniture and working with my father to help relocate to a wonderful retirement community nearby.

The move was a bit stressful for my father but Nancy was there the entire time not only to help guide us thru the process of selling but also providing her help and assistance in the move afterwards.

Great Realtor, but more importantly a really nice and kind person, we were lucky to have her as our realtor.

Nancy Adinolfe and Ricky Girvin are professional and responsive realtors. They both went above and beyond my expectations. They have all the best contacts I needed to successfully sell my house such as photographers, movers, carpet cleaning, and handymen making repairs. They both pay attention to details and I felt like their only client. During a recent downpour of a rain storm Ricky actually went to my home and help divert flood water from damaging the property. Nancy and Ricky kept me informed with weekly phone meetings during the escrow and closing process. There are many other things they did for me during this successful sale including relief from stress. I would definitely hire them again for any future real estate sales, thanks Nancy and Ricky.

Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of agents and researched to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling or buying the property (time, effort, compatibility, competitiveness, professionalism, and not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. After my research, I found Nancy Adinolfe and her team. Nancy has been very helpful, courteous, responsive, punctual, and showed professionalism. She spent a good chunk of her time explaining the process of buying or selling a property and how the real estate functions and plays it role in today’s market based on the geographical area. I had a hard time deciphering the various real estate terminologies with their subtle nuances though Nancy was the one who provided vivid examples to explain things in a very simple term.
I've recommended Nancy and her team to everyone I know. She is a true champion, genuine, expert, and professional person who makes sure her clients are happy and satisfied. I realized that it won't easy to buy or sell a house; however, it’s obvious and would be hard pressed to find an honest and a reliable real estate agent like Nancy who treats her clients like her own family members.

Due to unfortunate circumstances, my good friend unexpectedly passed away and he was so young; he did not get a chance to complete a living trust. It was apparent his real property needed to go through the probate court proceedings. Nancy called me early on in the process and gave me some helpful information to guide me through the sale of a probate property. She was knowledgeable about contracts that are needed in sale and purchase of probate real estate. In addition, she knew all of the documents needed by the title/escrow company and probate attorney. She advertised the sale of the house on many major national websites, on social media platforms, and by direct mail. Not surprisingly, the house was under contract in 8 days with multiple offers. The first offer fell through but Nancy quickly got the property under contract with the second buyer. The sale went extremely well. It closed in 30 days and assisted in getting to final distribution of the estate without unnecessary time in court.

Nancy and her team were extremely helpful throughout the entire home selling process. She went to work right away in marketing the home to the most buyers and it sold for a record top dollar in the neighborhood. She hired top-notch photographers, beautifully staged the home and physically helped me move from the home. She showed compassion and clearly explained what was needed in a probate sale. She is highly competent with probate sales. For example, the letters of administration were taking a long time but Nancy sprang into action, sending correspondence to the court requesting letters. I think this helped in expediting the sale of the home. She knew all of the processes necessary to complete the probate transaction to get court approval and to transfer ownership with the county. I do not know how I would have done this without her help. I highly recommend her. I would give her ten stars if I could.

Nancy is caring and confident. She goes the extra mile regardless of her commission. She has been the bright point of the whole probate situation. She responds quickly when you have questions or need information. She doesn't rely on some website to give her the value she goes into the neighborhood and actually looks around. She makes sure to compare floor space and yard space with her evaluation. I would absolutely use Nancy again to handle any real estate I needed to sell or purchase.
