Nancy Beaulieu

After graduating from Emerson College in Boston, Nancy's love of travel and the great outdoors brought her to Lake Tahoe to spend the Summer of '83. 'I loved the Lake Tahoe area so much that I decided to make my home here in beautiful Zephyr Cove, NV' Nancy is a licensed Broker-Salesperson in both Nevada and California. She has worked in every facet of the Real Estate industry, including General Real Estate, New Home Sales, Real Estate Development, Timeshares, Vacant Land and Fractional resale; Nancy really enjoys her career, 'I enjoy helping buyers achieve homeownership and vacation home dreams. I also enjoy helping Sellers sell their Real Estate in a timely manner achieving a smooth transaction from start to finish.' Most of Nancy's business today comes from referrals and return business. Her other interests include spending time with her family and friends. Nancy is a dance and fitness enthusiast and enjoys volunteering. She is the past PTA President for the Zephyr Cove Elementary School and participates in community and church fundraising activities on a regular basis.
