Nancy Bowlus provided outstanding support to me as I bought one house and sold two others in a short period of time. She helped me keep all the documentation organized, and always had a copy of something I couldn't find. She supervised the remodel of one of the houses for which the builder I hired was dragging their feet, she stayed on top of the job until it was done, and done correctly. I very highly recommend her to novice and experienced home buyers or sellers. Not only is she a great realtor, she is a really nice person, too.

Nancy is part of the DerrBowlusTeam in Frederick Md. We found her highly knowledgeable and responsive through out our entire house sale process: which became quite bumpy as it was during the pandemic shutdown, mold was found in the inspection, and other issues. Nancy made calls to set remediations, and never avoided a situation that called for action. Communication with her was never a problem: we knew if we reached out to her she would be back with us within the hour (or less). I highly recommend Nancy as she is competent, professional, and highly experienced.
