She is current in real estate business requirements, seasoned on the various tools available for property acquisition or sale in Texas real estate whether as a new buyer or a seasoned buyer or seller. She is the queen of negotiation, and has experience in turning around troubled real estate Deals, achieving agreement by all involved parties among disparate parties. She can natively move quickly through the sale processes as necessary or appropriate to the state of your real estate sale or purchase. She is a great facilitator bringing together Buyers and Sellers and all the other support involved in her Realtor efforts.
She handled my property purchase, I was a new buyer, and once I decided to go for the purchase of my house, she told me to give notice where I was living, to my shock, because at that point I technically had nowhere to live! I had to move quickly to keep up with her, and she pulled it all together for me in spite of my case having a barracuda underwriter, and various other things that were deal killers. Final analysis, her seasoned negotiations on my deal came together, ON TIME and UNDER BUDGET, and I got my house!
