Nancy came to me when everything was a mess and I thought i would just have to hold on for the horrific ride.. She was 1 of about 6 people to come to my door. i told them all to pound sand i was not interested. no way was i gonna short sell. bank would have to come and take it by force.. I was renting a house, and my landlord decieded to do a short sale. Nancy was his agent. When she came to take pic, etc I asked her if she though I could buy the home. I had tried going through several lenders, and got no response back. She quickly looked over my credit report, made a call and put me together with a lender that helped me get my credit score to where it needed to be to buy. After many months of dealing with my landlord and waiting for everything to get approved, we got the BPO and were almost all done, and my landlord text messaged Nancy to tell her he had changed his mind. How do I put into words how wonderful I think Nancy is?!?!?! She is fantastic! She was heaven sent to us. My wife and I contacted Nancy Call prior to interviewing for a job position in Modesto, CA. Nancy volunteered to pick-up my wife at the hotel and spent most of the day showing her nearby cities and properties while I was at the interview. Nancy did this even with the knowledge that I might not be selected for the position. After I was selected for the new job, Nancy would e-mail property listings that matched our likes. She also provided us with a referral for a Broker (He also provided excellent service).. Once I relocated, Nancy agreed to show me homes during the first weekend in the new area.. Nancy helped my husband and I purchase a short sale in the valley while we were still living out of state. She is an expert real estate agent, and why every other real estate agent doesn't conduct business like her is beyond me (we met a few that could learn from her). The short sale process took a few months, and Nancy was there to help us understand it the entire way. She makes herself available to her clients and she always replies promptly. Also, Nancy came to the house while it was going through the inspection, which took about 3 hours. She stayed the entire time. I don't know many other agents that would take the time to do that. She's a busy lady, but makes you feel like you're her only client. Her negotiation skills are top notch, and most of all she does what she says she will do when she says she will do it. I can't imagine using another agent to buy or sale a house. Nancy has the knowledge, experience and determination to get the job done. She will go above and beyond the call of duty. If it wasn’t for Nancy I would have lost my house to forcloser, instead of the short sale that took place. It took four months to find the second on my house. The second loan on my house had switched hands so many times that no one knew where to look. Not to mention that the original lender had gone bankrupt. The average agent would have left me hanging. The sale of my house was more trouble than it was worth. I thank GOD Nancy was sent my way. She has a true heart of gold. Called and discussed our needs with Nancy. Requested she look into a specific loy listing for us as we were out of the area. That was 3 weeks ago. She never did any of the things she said she would do, like look into the property and call me back, send me listings, or send me information on Eric, her financing person. I returned to area last night, visited property today, and contacted another agent. Property is now under contract and we lost out. I can not claim we absolutely lost out because of Nancy's failure to follow through but I will say we may have had a chance to buy one of these lovely lots if she had done as she said. At the least, had I known those lots were already under contract I could have moved on with my search via the Internet. After such a great conversation the phone, I was disappointed with Nancy's lack of follow through. She had my email addy as well as my telephone number. She may be great as a listing agent but if you need a buyer's agent, perhaps someone else would better suit your needs. 10/27/2012 - rush_woman We connected, but it did not work out. Nancy helped me to buy a very nice house in April 2013, which the house market has been moving fast. It is not easy to get a gorgeous house at affordable price at this martket.
