Nancy Cole Penny

Nancy began her real estate career in 1982 specializing in farm and ranch properties. With a background of living on cattle ranches, designing house plans, home construction, and courthouse research, it was a natural fit.

Being centralized in beautiful Bellville through these years has allowed Nancy to gain quality knowledge in farm and ranch real estate not only in Austin County but across multiple surrounding counties. Her love of working with people is evident in her commitment when she is working with both buyers and sellers. Exploring the land and improvements with her clients never ceases to bring excitement.

Nancy is also very committed to her family, church, and volunteer activities. With her children and grandchildren also based in Bellville, Nancy spends lots of time helping with youth activities and family events. In addition, Nancy not only currently serves on the Attwater Prairie Chicken National Wildlife Refuge board and church strategic planning committee but is also a longtime advocate of individuals with special needs.

According to Nancy, real estate is an ever-changing business but the benefits always remain the same. She gets to live the life she sells meeting nice people in the process.
