Nancy has helped me sell two houses. The first was due to relocating and the second was my mother's home. Both situations were difficult for me. Nancy took the time to figure out the best way to market and sell the houses quickly. She spent hours with me walking through the houses and deciding how to make them most appealing to buyers. She's compassionate, direct and honest. While selling a home is challenging, Nancy gets it done quickly and efficiently!

I cannot say enough good things about Nancy. For me, she dove deeper into researching comps than anyone else I have ever worked with, and that saved me so much money. She is incredibly knowledgable, and that worked in my favor as well. Her patience knows no bounds, and she is thorough and well-connected to other experts. I highly recommend her.

Nancy was always so thorough every step of the way. As young buyers, she would constantly inform us or warn us of things we never even thought of. During COVID she made sure that she was implementing all safety procedures and put the needs of my family first in helping make decisions or giving us guidance. We don’t call her our Realtor Momma for nothing! This is our second time working with Nancy and she sold our mother’s house as well.
