Her professional journey began in the design industry, working in a renowned stone and surface showroom in Manhattan, where she served a wide array of clients—from individual co-op and condo owners to townhouse residents and developers of commercial and residential properties.
It was a chance introduction to a prominent real estate figure—and a little nudge from her father—that set Nancy on her true path. She earned her license, joined then Halstead in 1990, and never looked back. She built a successful NYC real estate career, known for her impeccable taste, sharp negotiating skills, and an unwavering commitment to her clients.
About twenty years ago, Nancy purchased a weekend home in the Hudson Valley, with her then beloved sister. What started as a two-day retreat quickly turned into a three-day escape, and eventually, a full-fledged love affair with the region. Seeing an opportunity to merge her city experience with country living, she pitched a bold idea: bring a touch of NYC to the Hudson Valley real estate market. The idea took root, and the rest is history.
