Nancy Gratz

After 43 years in the banking industry and 30 years in real estate with the last 7 years active, Nancy is well-equipped to help you navigate all aspects of selling your home, finding your new home, and financing your home.

Nancy was the recipient of the Zonta Woman of Achievement award in 2002. She has served on the Board of the Jefferson City Area Chamber of Commerce in multiple capacities, including acting as Chairman in 2002, Vice Chairman in 1988 and Treasurer in 1992. She has been on the Jefferson City Area Board of Realtors since 2016 serving as Treasurer 2018, Vice President 2019, and 2020 President. Nancy has served on and volunteered for numerous committees for the Board. She also has been active in Women’s Counsel of Realtors (WCR) and serving on their Governing Board in 2018 & 2019 as Program Chairman. Since 2014 Nancy has earned the Jefferson City Area Board of Realtors Honor Society Membership. She continues to support and enhance the Board and her fellow Realtors.

Committed to supporting her community, Nancy has also served on the Boards of the Jefferson City Breakfast Rotary Club, United Way of Central Missouri, Home Builders Association, Missouri Chamber of Commerce Leadership Alumni Board, Community Breast Cancer Project as Treasurer, American Cancer Society, Rape and Abuse Crisis Service, and the Boys and Girls Club. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for a variety of community organizations and is active in many others.

Nancy and Bill Gratz have been married almost 48 years. They are very proud of their three children, their spouses, seven grandchildren, and one great-grand daughter. They have both resided in the Jefferson City area all their lives and are proud of the education and community that Jefferson City has to offer.
