As a 30+ year resident, I have come to really know and deeply love Coastal North Carolina. I’m excited to use my experiences acquired as a Master’s level educator, military wife, and long-term local resident. As a teacher, I know the importance of working with others, evaluating needs, and addressing them. As a military wife, I understand the stressors of moves and adjusting to a new community. And as a long term local resident, I know the ins and outs of the Crystal Coast. I will apply this knowledge to help you sell or buy a home.
I have built, purchased, and renovated multiple properties including a rental property. I know the importance of negotiating contracts and what it takes to get the job done, on-time and on-budget. These experiences allow me to bring the same skill set to you.
My husband, Jim and I live in Emerald Isle and have 5 children ranging in age from 18-31. And we are still happily married! In my free time, I enjoy walking my dog, reading a great book, and being involved in my kids school and sporting events. I am also involved in my neighborhood homeowner’s association and active in my church and the local community.
